Not only is this important for clear, it also makes you way more survivable because mobs don't hit you as much when you are running at full speed.

Not confirmed, but I believe it is a bug. It seems like if you attempt to reload during a reload, it sometimes bugs out and resets the reload. This can then happen multiple times in a row and you are just stuck

As far as I know there isn't really anything to do but go in and pick an item. I don't think it's known whether putting in a higher tier waystone matters or not. The tier of the waystone does affect the item level of the items you can get, but they're all uniques and I don't think we know whether any items have a mininum item level in maps or not.

If you want to play it safe, I think just stick a T15 map just in case there are good uniques you can't get at lower item levels and then just get the best item you can

including the gem levels too, the 1st comes out overall as 462 dps as it is, and the 2nd one is 529, if you put the rune into the 1st, it gets 543

if you don't socket phys runes, its not worth using it at all
if you socket in phys runes it becomes 543, which is basically the same
so you would have the mana downside like you said with the 1st, with practically zero advantage over the 2nd

so overall I'd keep using the one you already had

Basically everything that's not a weapon or unique that doesn't have other suffixes that are more important to you. Helmet and body armor are usually the easiest to get res on since they have very few offensive mods. Boots have very few offensive mods but since you need move speed you can't really be as picky about other stats.

i believe that you can only access expedition boss from ilvl 79 logbooks and only get ritual boss invites from t15 maps

Nah, this is an expensive item. It's not div abuse shenanigans. It's a much weirder situation, item with a price that's plummeted due to it going public that there's a duping exploit happening.

it should - skill speed is attack, cast, warcry, totem placement speed... really it should apply to all skills

Corruption raises the map level and spawns more monsters. Delirium Mirror, Breaches, Expedition, and Ritual are all special types of encounters that can just give general loot but also each has specific stuff you can only get from those encounters.

it's probably physical damage killing you. Unless you have armor, you will have no reduction against it

they deal high physical damage. physical damage can apply poison, so you probably saw your global get the poison effect and thought poison kille dyou when really it was probably high physical damage.
