Put more content in your maps and do bosses. Breaches add lots of mosnters, people say 1 breach is equvilent to 1 map of monsters. I run ritual and dont have any issues sustaining.

you need to freeze enemies to shatter them to trigger HoI, to chain it you need the explosion to be freezing aswell, which is hard. that ring changes the condition from freezing to just chilling, and chilling is easier to inflict.

Not sure about controller, but with keyboard and mouse, hold alt on an item and there will be little tier icons on the right of the modifiers. Mouse over those and it will show what tags they have. If those tags match what the catalyst says it should work

i think that one might change depending on who is doing it. in trials of chaos you just go through 10 floors while picking the least harmful debuffs

in sekhema, sort of similar except you can avoid the debuffs more (and you can get buffs), but there are more floors to go through

both a total of 4 bosses

you just gotta try them and come to a conclusion which one is easier for you
