I think I understand. When you go to the small rooms underround, it actually just teleports you far away on the same Y axis, those areas are on the same level. So I was seeing a rare that was underground on the map that I did not see.

Yeah, agree with normalcatpics. Struggling with your first character when you first get to maps isn't abnormal at all. But learning how to improve and gear your character when you hit a bit of a wall is an important skill and if you make a new character instead of learning it now then you could easily just have the same issue with your next character.

No. Uniques aren't necessarily better than rares, usually they're niche.

Maps give more loot than anything in the campaign. The only reason to farm campaign instead of maps is if you're too weak to do maps and need to farm more to be able to handle them in the first place. Or maybe if you're specifically trying to get something that only drops in lower level zones like you need low level gems for something or you want a level 60 Djinn Baryas for an easier first ascension

There are many selling for 10ex. The trade site considers 1div to be equivalent to 7ex which is wrong. This causes the site to sort things terribly. Make sure to set buyout price to exalted orbs
