That would only help if your resistances were capped. What that does is raise the cap. By default, the cap is 75%, but that node could raise the cape to (as an example) 80%. Raising max res is very powerful, but useless if you are not already capped

i took a bunch of crit chance nodes and have crit chance on my wand but im barely around 40%

Generally, it is a better use of the rune slot to get higher defenses (armour/evasion/ES), but in low tier maps it is perfectly fine to use runes to help with resistances. As you get to later tier map gear, you may use rune slots for chaos res but not usually for elemental res.

Raising the defense of your armor scales really well. When you use a rune to upgrade the evasion of your armor (as an example), that is upgrading your base evasion. That base evasion is then multiplied by all the sources of %evasion you may have taken in your passive tree.

Besides the collecting hourglasses it's kind of just a bullet hell that gets harder and harder as the fight goes on. When he does the hourglasses watch out, sometimes they appear behind a portal and are hard to see.

Honestly it depends. I had a lot of crashes, switched from DirectX12 to Vulcan and it helped. Then I started crashing a lot in my hideout, tuned out using power siphon in hideout crashed the game so I avoided doing that.

The scatter shot poison arrows worked very well for killing rares(mine just instantly killed every rare on t15 and t16) but it kind of sucks for bosses. It takes me much longer to kill bosses with that than with arsonists spam
