Hey was asleep. Not sure if this was answered for you, but essentially:. Endurance charges / empowerment don't have any inherent meaning on their own, it depends on how a skill empowers others. Seismic cry gives a guaranteed aftershock to your next slam, or your next slams + X if you have X endurance charges. No innate damage boost, but an aftershock is the same attack repeated, so essentially it's a x2 damage multiplier. You can use supports and passives to make it's empowered attacks do more damage too

I'd like to know why flammability cannot enhance curse duration. When I attempt to slot a jewel with increased curse duration, it does not appear to boost my flammability duration.

The more enemies you kill the longer it stays open (up to a point). Touch the breach hands to open them for splinters (only high tier maps drop splinters) and kill as many rares as you can to get catalysts.

They changed the how fog extensions work (from poe1), but basically you touch the mirror and then travel through the map approaching the distored clusters to spawn enemies. All enemies you kill fill the rewards meter on the bottom left (not just the delirium enemies). Each time you fill the meter it resets and gets harder to fill. Each time you fill it, rewards are stored up for when the fog ends. You can force the fog to end with a hotkey or the arrow on the bottom right. If you take too long or walk too fast you will exit the spreading fog, which will start a countdown. If the countdown ends you are forced out of the delirium mechanic.

The one you enjoy and can clear is always better, since you will do it for longer. They also both have their own rewards and boss fight. I currently am focusing on breach, but I'm sure delirium is also quite good once you invest into it.

You can use more than one. Each %quality gives that much of an increase, so at 20% it gives 20% increase to the life modifiers.

The game will only tell you once you are in the final room. The Incribed Ultimatum will state you need to "open the secret chamber" but doesn't tell you how. You open it with the 3 fate keys that are randomly dropped (one at a time and randomly) from the final boss of a 10 trial ultimatum.

You drop one of the 3 keys when you defeat the boss in the 10 trial. It is random which one you get and you need all 3 to open the final door. In SSF, the fastest you can clear it is 3 runs, but you aren't guaranteed the correct keys. You can buy (or exchange) them on the currency exchange though beforehand if you want to just go in with all 3 keys on your first attempt.
