yeah i delete packs in a single m1 and heavy stun big guys in like 1-3 swings and delete them with HOTG, but i also have to do gymnastics to close distance sometimes.
also the 2h mace is sooo slow that you need to animation cancel after every swing which is annoying

espc as infernalist, you convert life to ES for some nice numbers

fair. i bought a cheap 1h mace and want to try it out so i can use a shield and see how it feels.. weapon swapping is just slow enough that pulling out the shield for a quick block isn't ideal and rolling is better, unless you're walling up

they can influence the surrounding maps around the tower that haven't been completed with various mechanics

the thing is it may look like it from the outside perspective but i don't think its as easy as you may think it is hahaha. mercs seemed super easy to me with from the outside perspective but looks like that's not the case. Personally I'm a monk, and there's a lot of little things that need to work together in order for my damage to be good. One node out of place, too low elemental damage, and I'm a wet noodle.

I'd make sure you're properly set up for the content you're trying to do. make sure you didn't miss anything. If you're in the campaign try upgrading your weapon

I haven't used that one but it looks very similar to Gas Arrow's poison cloud. While enemy is inside the cloud, poison gets reapplied every x seconds (not sure what is used for this calculation). If you can 1) stack poisons 2) apply poisons before they run out, you should see number below the poison icon for the enemy.

So I have a question about mapping. Am I meant to spam lvl1 and lvl2 maps when I’ve just unlocked endgame?

I’m level 71 I could have max resistances but I settled for 50% on all so I can get 50% chaos resistance too

I have 85% armour
I have 79% block chance

But in those lvl5 to lvl7 maps I still am dying randomly to dmg (granted it dmg fault for standing in shit)

But I was just wondering if I’m playing the endgame wrong? Am I meant to just do 10 lvl1 maps then 10lvl2 maps n so on and save the higher level maps for later on?

are precurser tablets really worth buying as early as t4 maps or should i save towers till later? im not super fast when it comes to clear speed so breach and delirium arent likely worth it and ritual isnt really my thing so that limits me mostly to expedition tabs and idk if theyre worth the cost at 3+ex for such low tier maps. otherwise would regular tabs be worth it for just the bonus monster level?

You should definitely do the "Clear 10 TX maps" quests, they give Atlas Passive Tree points.

Aside from endgame mechanics the tablets add buffs to maps, more gold/xp ect. So worth doing to buff your maps got 1 that added a lot of rarity to 7 close maps

I do it on my way I loot precursor as I go so I have more then towers unlocked. But even though I’m at tier 5 maps atm I like to juice em afterall when I get extra xp or rarity on em it helps

How do u know when u can do a higher tier map? At the start of endgame I used my exalt to buy a gear set that covers resistances to 70% and a new good weapon. Hard for me to spot upgrades right now unless I craft it myself and get lucky or get lucky with drops

That’s how it works you can always redo nodes but u lose the mechanics and any precursor benifits for that mode

like in the case of the conversion, its... additive rather than multiplicitive so it gets weird

if you have 100 physical damage converted entirely to cold

and you have 20% increased physical and 20% increased cold

you get 120 physical converted to cold and then 140 cold total

rather than 120 converted into 144 cold
