Theyre different layers

You'll usualy focus on one of ES Evasion Armor

and then if your build can fit a shield, block is a free up to 75% less damage layer

Charged staff's wording is "up to your maximum power charges". One with the storm doesn't actually increase maximum charges. So lets say your maximum charge is 5, if you cast charged staff at 4 charge it will go to 5, but if you cast at 5 charge it will not go to 6.

How are you all sustaining maps? This is the most frustrating experience not being able to do higher tier maps cause they just don’t drop.
Im juicing all my maps, all my atlas points are towards increases waystones drops and rarity, im juicing books and putting them in towers.
I do tier 9 maps after grinding 5.6,7,8s and then get 0 map drops and I’m back to tier 5.

for mosnter level >75, you start seeing breachstone splinters

you gather a fuckton of those from breaches, then you can open a portal and challenge a pinnacle boss for breach

you kill that, and THEN you get 2 points

then you do it again, but the fucker is stronger

and thats it
