For a brand new player though, just clicking follow on like semi-strict and strict filters will work well enough

Perks of following the Neversink filters on the site are that they are automatically updated whenever neversink updates the filter (it's the same guy who does filterblade). I believe it also automatically updates every 4 hours. So if an item that was once worthless all the sudden shoots up to like 100ex, it'll update the filter to reflect that and like make a noise and give it a fun border.

Perks of using the filterblade site is that you can endlessly tweak the filter using the site to hide specific things you don't want to see, make certain items a custom highlight, change the sounds, etc.

Yeah it's not suuuuuuper intuitive. But yeah the follow button follows the filter itself and applies it to the game

ALSO also, you want to make sure you apply the filter while you're logged in to your character. When you're in the login screen, the filters don't show up, because your filter is tied to your account.

More damage, more levels to projectile skills, requirements and light radius are both pretty useless, you want attack speed. If you're using cold skills the flat cold is useful otherwise you should just do more physical.

I'm not as experienced as most here but I have found success browsing the trade market, setting the max ammount of currency im willing to spend, and adding stats i want on the bow and patiently trying different combinations to find the best thing I could find for a good price

After ending up not liking warrior very much once I got to endgame, I'm trying to figure out a different class and build. I kind of am interested in Huntress, but mobalytics seems pretty sparse for builds other than Ignacious hollow palm, the rest seem to be out of date.

That hollow palm build is immaculate in detail though, that guy really puts in his work from what I can tell.

Is there anyway to make sure you can get back in there so we don't lose out completely on that again since those are rare. im not sure how to explain, but because sigil of power is a weapon skill i cant assigned it to a weapon set unless i move it physically which- ah fuck idk. its not as flexible as normal skills

I want sigil on the same set as my chaos/duration boosting weapon set, but i also need my scepter on that one because i use minions while casting chaos. No worries about trying to help im a lost cause i think anyway, im not good at explaining. Pretty sure its justa balance limitation thing. Oh yeah I think I see what you're saying. Unfortunately weapon skills need to be used with the same weapon set on which they are attached. But I'm not sure why you feel like you need it on your chaos set. The skill is snapshotted and should continue to buff you as you cast your other skills.

ah its just because i happen to have this branch where it buff chaos damage and all skill durations so having a longer sigil is nice. What does the term snapshot mean though?

if i cast sigil on weapon set 1 then go to a perk tree on set 2 that buffs skill duration would it extend it?

No that wouldn't work. Snapshotting is like if I put a bunch of buffs for totems on one weapon set and raise some totems, but then switch to my other skills, the active totems won't lose their buffs.

Yeah I'd try to do things that synergize with your minions. If you have ice mages, try to put exposure on monsters*, that sort of thing.

Otherwise you're just going to do a bunch of different things weakly.

Minions would typically be its own build.

I'd give #1328202289755983932 a read to help you prioritize stats on gear. The biggest things that will help your survival are movement speed on boots, as much life/resists as you can get on gear, and an up-to-date life flask with two good mods.

For offense, your weapon, skill level, and support gems are the most important factors. Your skill tree can also play a medium part.

Are you talking about cold infusions to boost spark? Early on, frost bomb is probably your best bet. If you just want as many infusions as possible, then you can link it to overabundance and spell echo supports. Later on you can add a support to lower its cooldown.

If you're freezing enemies reliably then snap is also a strong option

Flame wall boosts it, but that's because of how flame wall works, not how spark works. Are you talking about infusions or ground effects? Ground effects don't do anything for spark

I haven't played PoE2 since 0.1.0. Made a new League character. In my League character stash, a bunch of stash tabs are listed as remove only? I assume those are the tabs that were converted to merchant tabs. When do actually get access to those tabs? Logging in out and has removed the remove only tabs from League stash, but the converted merchant tabs aren't showing up.

Also, I'm in Red Vale and wanted to craft a Skeletal Sniper, although it says 90 Spirit is required. I'm trying to remember where I get that. I think it used to be after that tree village boss previously a couple zones after Grelwood. Is that still the case?

Act 4 at Ange, the NPC that facilitates the new trade system. Assuming you converted one of your tabs of course. For your other question, if you're playing as a witch you should start with a sceptre that gives you some spirit.

what is the difference between a merchant stash tab and a premuim one?

A premium tab is a tab in your stash that can be used as storage and/or be used as a way to publicly sell your items. For a premium tab, a player would see it on the website, whisper you in game, and then you would manually trade the item.

A merchant tab is NOT in your stash tab, but is a tab through the NPC Ange who you meet in act 4. That generally can't be used as storage, but it allows players to see the item on the website, and then just teleport to your hideout and pick the item up directly themselves, without any interaction. You can then collect the currency later.

In general, most players don't use the former way of trading anymore

You get 100 from the campaign, sceptres give spirit, and it can roll on body armor and amulets. And it depends on the spectre.

Minion supports and whatever improves their abilities. They probably use attacks of some kind.

but overall you can't really "scale" them the way you can rares

loads of dex gives attack speed, strength gives hp, the int is whatever i guess mostly though monk is pretty mana hungry, the unarmed skillpoint also gives 1% ATK speed per 25 evasion

920hp at lvl 56 doesn't seem so bad the 50 str belt seems to make up for at least one high roll life stat on another item

Thats attack speed per flat evasion on gear. The increases from things like dexterity dont count for that. Dex also needs a passive to increase attack speed so hopefully you have that.

No that's for weapon swapping and having multiple setups. There are 24 points you can basically spend in two spots and will apply to a specific weapon set. So you can have a mace and fire passives on one set, and then quarterstaff and cold passives in another. You can assign skills to a weapon set and it will automatically swap weapons and the relevant passive nodes. Opens up a lot of build variety.
