I think you can get it from at least level 62, not entirely sure though. In either case, Ascension 1 for Trial of Chaos is incorrect there, you need to do a 7 trial one to get the set of points that a 1 room Sekhemas would give.

First one is flat damage. Second scales flat damage you have in gear or skill effects (such as X% of attack converted to lightning). So if you have 0 lightning flat damage, 10% will do nothing

So you need a little bit of both to do big numbers

I went down into this abyss and found a snake yellow mob, rare, and it has an energy shield and some dark hurracane thing, so, when it does that snake teleport and whirwidn thing its invulnerable, its shield recharge, and most of the time, I suspect when its in that void hurracne, it is also invulnerable.
I've been trying to hit it for a good 5 minutes now and havent managed to dps the shield down before it becomes invulnerable and recharge.

Yeah, I literally started leveling a build for the chonky boys (lightless abom/strider of the pit) when I saw them on poedb. First I'd check the trial of chaos zone and see if your chimeral ultimatum was returned to you or if you can go again.

If not, and assuming that was your second ascension, you can complete a 2-floor trial of the sekhema or a 7-floor trial of chaos to ascend.

Spirit was jank in previous patches. I would try unequipping all your gems and weapons, drop and pick up the gems in question, closing the game completely , and relaunching it
