To be honest, that sounds more like a network issue, as it will pause the game and then catch up if the connection is interrupted for long enough. Ultimately, though, if it happens again, check it with F1 to have a better idea of the actual issue, whether it is the GPU, network or something else.

The 300 points are equal to whatever you buy with the 300 points. So yes, just instead of them deciding for you, you get to pick what they are.

Also if you buy the more expensive packs, they include increasingly more exclusive MTX you can't buy with the coins.

Huh? The most meta league start build in 3.26 was a melee berserker. Slams are incredible in PoE 1 right now. And Warrior is just fine to play.

It can be a little clunky. Warrior's archetype with maces is very much centered on the "big heavy bonk" theme, but it certainly does that well.

I've got 1/10th the hours in poe1 as I do poe2 but yeah slamming on ancestral commander in the gauntlet was insane. Dude was stronger and faster than most of my poe2 characters (double herald was a bit cheesy but didn't let you leap slam fifty times in a row while keeping up Onslaught, Quicksilver flasks, etc)

I dont understand. While im playing the game, many players sayong that they will start new character. Why? Is it because the new update? Im a new player here. So i dont know a lot of things.

to play in a new league you have to create a new character in it after its started

Every 4 months, the game has a new "league" where the entire game resets to 0, no items, no characters and you start again. That happens tonight.

Fresh economy, fresh characters, start campaign again, new content, and a unique season only theme.

once it ends, your character is "moved" to a perpetual league which doesn't get reset each league.

This is the same for other ARPGs and has been a pattern for many years. its great fun.

I'd advise if you're new, you wait until the big patch tonight, to start a fresh league character with everyone, with a fresh (not inflated) economy etc

everyone will be starting at level 1 with you

You will also get to experience, the new ACT4 campaign section, and the new interludes after ACT4. Where as the current progession is act 1 2 3, then repeat act 1 2 3. which kinda sucks a lot.

If you're playing right now, treat this as a little starter practice, get used to how the game works, try a few different classes see what you like

for the most part, we don't know 100% until the patch lands and we try things. It wont be until monday that people confirm or deny or discover various interesting things.

Then you'll start seeing meta paterns develop for various classes as we figure things out. but. if you're not gonna do a 24hour marathon you can just do whatever in campaign as it isn't too hard

Generally the way ARPGs work is people start at a refresh league, play for 1-1.5 months, then take a break until next release.

some people run many characters and play the whole time, but its nice to mix things up

Personally i only make 1, sometimes 2 characters each league, play until ive completed my goals, then step away, play other things until the next cycle. Its a nice system.

Personally I'd pick a class off of vibes and work from there. You'll be hard-pressed to find a class+archetype that simply won't work at all. Worst case you'll have a very unique spin on an archetype that might not be optimal in some ways, but have advantages in others

Flicker for instance has a mechanic where you cant generate power charges during the skill

Charge generation has been nerfed in 0.3.0

Combat frenzy (frenzy charge gen on ailment) got nerfed

Deadeye’s frenzy gen got nerfed

BUT you can use combat frenzy on many skills

In fact in 0.3.0 flicker quality effect was changed from % to not consume charge to % increase damage per charge consumed

And with the resonance keystone passive you can generate power charges instead of frenzy

but idk how well that'd work without drastically slowing it all down

It doesnt. There's no way for a filter to know what build youre playing, and every class can use every item and skill.

You'd have to edit a filter to hide certain item types.

You have to use it to load it into the crossbow, and then use the fire crossbow skills to fire that ammo.

hey guys so I am unable to setup my crossbow correctly for some reason. I want M1 to be permafrost bolts and M2 to be frag rounds. So I set up my weapon slot 2 to use the same weapon as weapon slot one, make permafrost bolts only active in weapon slot 1, and frag rounds bound to weapon slot 2 only. Then I bind M1 to shoot crossbow shot 1, and M2 to shoot crossbow shot 2, it works fine for awhile, but then it won't reload automatically. Why?
