There aren't really vendor recipes. You also shouldn't assume rares are automatically better. Blues with two good stats are better than rares with 4 bad ones. Each currency tells you what it does, and you shouldn't be afraid to use most of them.

Good blues can be really good or provide a strong base to craft on.

They're trying to make every rarity worth looking at at least some of the time.

Whenever you want. That's what the currency items are for. It's mostly just hoping you get lucky but there are some methods that are more deterministic, like essences and omens.

I had the blue and red ones which I refunded changing them for the green ones, but I do not know why, some passives did not refund and just stayed there, weirdly were the ones that was like an "Alertnate path" to some already done path... blue ones should not be active, red ones should not be active and they are not and green ones are the new passives I added :/

You ideally use the cry when the enemy is heavy stunned. You can hold alt and read underlined keywords but heavy stun is when you've filled the bar under the enemies health and they've been knocked over for a second or two.

You first need to unspec your normally skilled nodes, then click the weapon set in the top right that you want to assign passives for and assign those

Then assign the ones for the 2nd set

They're not actually bonus points. Think of a weapon set point as needing half of a skill point that you can assign to one set, and then you can use the other half on set 2

So you still need free skill points to assign weapon set points

Imo, if you don't have a plan in mind that involves weapon swapping, then don't even touch weapon set points. Not using them isn't losing you any points and using them improperly can make your build worse and your life harder.

You still get base whites no matter how far into endgame you are. Are you using a loot filter? If so then check it's settings, you might have disabled it showing you normal bases.
