You're not getting as much help with damage as any other ascendancy, but you absolutely bring unique utility/sustain that can't be brought elsewhere.

The warriors are part of the sceptre, they are free with no cost. You have to use an actual skill gem and reserve spirit for archers

I'm on the quest "Trail of Corruption". Before beating Lachlann in the Cemetery, a party member opened the gate. I was walled out of the gate with an invisible wall, so I teleported to the member on the other side of the gate. We beat the boss, and I completed that step of the quest, turning in the quest item to Una at camp. Now I'm unable to enter the Hunting Grounds. Clicking the waypoint says "You do not have the required quest state." I have the keys but npc is not there. Any help?

As Nascosta said, you can't swap your hotbars, but if you want to use X skill on one weapon and Y skill (both on the same hotbar) with another, you can press K to open the skill panel, then click the right arrow next to the skill name and dps to open the detail window. At the bottom of that is where you pick which weapon set will use that skill

Just in case, you have a second row of assignable hotkeys which you can access by holding ctrl (by default)

You should be able to assign a total of 13 buttons. Left and right mouse, mouse wheel, and 5 keys (plus those same 5 with ctrl held)

For the record, you can change that bar both to change the key that shows it and the buttons to use it

Most people just find it easier to use a modifier key, both for accessibility and to make the abilities visible when you use them.

Might just be a difference in functionality between console and PC 😦

yea. every kind of software change could affect it. os update, any driver update, game update. its quite common that only certain combinations of software versions and hardware causes issues.
on top of that there are other issues like data corruption or hardware degradation that can happen anytime.

you can add a support gem of a different attribute for every 5 points you invest in that attribute. So in your case, if you get +10 strength from the passive tree or gear, you can use 2 red support gems

as for which ones, there's an all gems tab at the bottom of the list when you open the gemcutting window, you can see them there

I think turning off the show recommended gems checkbox will show you the ones that will work with that skill

For some reason I kept finding skill gems when I tried on my high level char that had done acts, the new chars seem to have higher or maybe even confirmed spirit gem drop rates. I think Deshar might be the most suitable for most (maybe level 8? uncut spirit gem, I forget)

Scattershot actively lowers your dps for the sake of better clearing. On single target, it's maybe 2x more dps if you can get them to overlap reliably
