Even the 300 points from the $30 pack can get you very far, especially when there's a stash sale running like right now. There are some that are way more necessary than others.

Explosive shot is like an ammo you load into your crossbow. And yeah projectile and crossbow passives should affect it. Check the tags on the skill gem.

Well the difference in classes is their subclasses and starting point on the shared passive tree. If you read the skills and go with stuff recommended for the class rather than straying too much you should be fine. Any class can use anything.

everything is malleable except your class, ascendancy, and two minor quest reward choices

Hello, does anyone have any resource that can explain what the difference between "Emerald", "Sapphire" and other jewels might be? I tried googling it but there isn't much clear information on it.

Looking at the jewels available in trade, it seems that the emerald is more "physical/poison" stats and the sapphire is more magic based

a big part of it is there isn't any force when they hit you. They don't slow down at all.
So its massive whiplash cause they collide with you and rather than push you, you are kind of just dragged with them.

They should really slow down on impact and actually push you. It almost definitely needs a visible animation if im ever going to not feel it as lag

If you're on PC, pressing V (or other button if you changed keybind) will show you outline of a charge which you can move around and click to plant... You gotta plant 5 of these charges covering the remnants and pop the detonator... Remnants covered in blast range will explode and mobs will spawn which drop loot and expedition stuff

The one key difference I see is Tailwind vs Sorcery Ward.

Isn't Sorcery Ward sounds bad on paper.
