Yes. Your support gems probably change during the build guide and they're telling you to change them the same way.

There also seems to be a bug with default level downscaling but I cant really test it. I have been playing couch coop with my wife and when I used my main char and disabled downscaling, but I think it turns on randomly and the lower level char xp gain becomes very low. The setting is still correctly selected in UI, but if I reset instance I see that it seems to fix it and doesnt 1 shot anything anymore.

but you can find a 40+ chaos that gives you 2nd set of points, so its kinda linear to do that instead.

I dont think pathfinder really assasinates anything. They also nerfed all burst type skills in D4, so most are just sustained damage these days.

anything that helps with damage helps with poison. Poison magnitude scales with the hit damage. And the contagion spell spreads poisons even better than the pathfinder node

Yes, any class can use any item or skill. But they have different subclasses and starting points on the passive tree. The ranger has the deadeye subclass which provides bonuses to projectiles, but lots of skills use proiectiles. Bow skills, crossbow skills, spells, etc.

In comparison to poe1, the passive tree does basically nothing.
Its still a big spurce of %inc damage, but lifes completely gone and its not nearly as big of an influence on how your character feels compared to equipment / skill gems

Also crafting practically doesnt exist so you dont need to learn that either

I bought a premium stash tab upgrade, and wasn't able to choose which tab to upgrade. I think the one that got upgraded is my currency tab (which I really don't care to have premium for)
Can I change the premium tab to a non-currency one?

actually wasnt a restart issue. This bundle is in the stash tabs category but there are 2 bundles in the bundle category that arent on sale for me. Exiles stash bundle and quad tab bundle. I assume they never go on sale

Also have a really nice question, idk where it belongs. I got a couple cosmetics from the free poe1 settlers loot boxes. The other free cosmetics I got (such as free PS5) and the first blood one etc show up in poe2 but say "not supported in this game", but the two do not show up at all. Its not a pressing thing and I can just wait but curious to see if its just me or the case for everyone.

The altar is near the waypoint, so you can come back and put whenever you want.

So it looks like the "Attack in Place" key forces your cast to go where your cursor is rather than trying to hit a nearby enemy.
Is there any way to make that the default behavior?

That's just the details of the skillgem itself showing it has 2 sockets, as long as you put the supports in the skills tab you're fine
