i just used elemental invocation to confirm that frost bomb has infact a limit of 1, i cannot cast elemental invocation if it is at 100% while it only has frostbomb socketed and i cannot use frostbomb if i used elemental invocation with frostbomb.
here is a clip. first i tried to use frostbomb and then elemental invocation, then the other way around. you can even see that when elemental invocation triggers frostbomb it puts regular frostbomb (right click) on CD.
should be a bug, right?

im not sure if "limit of 1" is correct tho, maybe it just has a weird global cooldown which it shouldn't have?

I had same prob earlier today I finished act 3 but forgot to do heart..... solution for me was to enter portal, run beach in act (4) ... kill boss again enter town and use port in town to look back act 3 and I was able to get to heart location

yeah if you didn't reach endgame you have to run the beach to town, if you finished the campaign you can use portals on the beach

I'm level 17 monk, I think I have only 1-2 pieces of yellow gear. Using this build
I just attempted it and got him to wolf phase 2, and then extra mobs overwhelmed me.

there are certain build types in poe1 (and I think in poe2) which are called 'aurabots' by the community, they stack allies in presence buffs and auras to provide for the main runner and clear content that way for increased loot

1. Make sure your weapon is up to date. Attack skills ideally want a new weapon as often as possible since the base damage goes up so much between them.
2. Prioritize life and resists on gear, and especially movement speed on boots. Ignore basically all other stats on non-weapons
3. Make sure your life flask is the highest tier it can be with two decent mods. Transmute + augment a flask to make sure it has two mods.
4. Check vendors every level (they reshuffle their wares whenever you level up) for possible upgrades.
5. Make sure your main skill is the highest level it can be and you're using the most support gems possible for its sockets
6. Salvage items with sockets for artificer shards. These build into artificer orbs so you can add sockets/runes to your gear. Runes can give you resists and more damage.
7. Pick up everything except for normal (white) items that take up more than 2 slots. Once you're done salvaging and looking for upgrades, I'd sell everything else for gold. Be sure to identify everything for free at the hooded one, first.

Can you look at this? I had 74 of each resist cuz my ring which I spent a few divine orbs on had +19 and +9 all resist on them. I was trying to increase the quality so I can resist cap - but when I used the item it REDUCED my resist on my ring. Even after maxing the quality it didn't give the resist back. Not sure why this happened and what sort of bug this is.

Playing non-meta builds has a bunch of boss interaction. Tbh i picked pconc cause i wanted to do poison and they just buffed it so i figured it would be in a spot where they are happy with it lol.

I personally dont think ggg's and your goal of having an interactive endgame is realistic in an arpg. It goes against the main goal of 99% of players: to upgrade gear and become more powerful.

If the high end of your upgrades doesnt let you trivialize content then the upgrades wont do much and will feel meaningless.

If the low end of builds tske 10 minutes on bosses thats too slow. If they take 5, that doesnt leavue much room for upgrades thst dont trivialize things.

And forcing all skills to be in that range is impossible with as many variables as an arpg with gear stats, different skills, melee AND ranged, spells AND attacks, etc.

Just isnt realistic and i think having the whole game be slow paced methodical combat when the goal is character gear progression is just exausting.
