I've gotten sacrificial heart before. After completing a campaign i still had it in my inventory and didn't know what to do with it so i destroyed it by throwing it on the ground. Am i able to farm it again in aggorat? I've completed all 6 acts but need to get heart for my 2 points in act 3. So far ive been farming for it with no success. always be looking out for upgrades, life + elemental resistances are the most important stats on armour and relevant damage types on your weapon, having movespeed on boots helps a lot too

for final act 1 boss having high cold res will help and you want to be around 300+ life

1. Make sure your weapon is up to date. Attack skills ideally want a new weapon as often as possible since the base damage goes up so much between them.
2. Prioritize life and resists on gear, and especially movement speed on boots. Ignore basically all other stats on non-weapons
3. Make sure your life flask is the highest tier it can be with two decent mods. Transmute + augment a flask to make sure it has two mods.
4. Check vendors every level (they reshuffle their wares whenever you level up) for possible upgrades.
5. Make sure your main skill is the highest level it can be and you're using the most support gems possible for its sockets
6. Salvage items with sockets for artificer shards. These build into artificer orbs so you can add sockets/runes to your gear. Runes can give you resists and more damage.
7. Pick up everything except for normal (white) items that take up more than 2 slots. Once you're done salvaging and looking for upgrades, I'd sell everything else for gold. Be sure to identify everything for free at the hooded one, first.

For that boss, specifically, I would check vendors for sapphire rings and use those temporarily. He does a lot of cold damage.

So it seems like you have the pieces there. The goal is to chain abilities in a way that they really buff each other. Killing palm gives power charges for instance, and power charges make falling thunder super powerful. You could probably use better supports on falling thunder. Lightning infusion would be better on it. Quarterstaff strike, your basic attack, should be used to build combo for your bell and that's all, until you get another skill that can build combo instead. Innervate is too situational and you aren't necessarily shocking that often just because you're doing some lightning damage.

And yet, I'm sure you can come up with plenty of reasons why the game is improved by there not being infinite keys, and those positive reasons out-weigh the annoyance of losing the key, which is why you defend that system, because overall it makes the game better, which is what good game design is. Shock does, electrocute is something else. And not really. Shock chance has several factors, including how much lightning damage you're doing. A small amount won't give you consistent shocks.
