If you're trying to inflict the highest magnitude poison or ignite or bleed, it's much easier to get a max magnitude one by rolling 1-100 instead of rolling 1-50 twice

What's whacky is - decompose has a much better scaling than dd and it's automatic

It was better for bleed because you can only have one bleed on an enemy doing damage, but an enemy can technically have infinite bleeds on them.

So, like, if you do five weak bleeds and then a strong one, the strongest one takes effect even though they're all "on" the enemy

I got 120 Spirit
I removed Clarity from Herald of Ice , reducing Cost from 40 to 30.
Now i remain at 70 spirit unable to to use Cast on freeze. Anyone has any other thoughts?

Nah I can't.
For other skills I can just hold left click and drag skills over. But for War Banner nothing happens when I try to do that.

it's for the lifetap tech with olroth's resolve. You can't use olroth's at full life so they put lifetap in a skill with a small mana cost and you can boop your lfie down a tiny bit so you can use it and preload the guard.

sure, you can try lowering the graphics - the reason they are blurred is a thing called dynamic resolution, the game is lowering the resolution to preserve the framerate, because enemies having 4 pixels won't kill you but having 4 fps will kill you
