It's kind of glitch, but if the skull is greyed out it's cleared. If it's still yellow, the boss has not been killed

Has anyone found a way to get the game to utilize GPU, no matter what I do, my game will swap from my GPU to my CPU and run it at 100%, when it happens it locks my FPS to 15 - there's no ryhme or reason to when it happens, and no settings changes effect it.
