Guys I have some questions about cruel difficulty, Is it like new game+ where the first zone will be fitted for a character who just finished act 3, or is it just an additional difficulty and things will only get harder near the later acts? Also once I unlock it in one char will I be able to start new chars in cruel difficulty? Thanks!
