Aye. Or, if you have a dualstring bow or +1 proj, you can use overabundance with orb of storms. That lets you put two down before you spam. Tho if you do that, you might want to get a 3rd socket for orb so you can also use persistence

i cant understand the point of this game. I get to act 3... my gear needs upgrading.. nothing decent has dropped... upgrading isnt always possible because its dependent on orb drops.. even then the chances of beating what you have are pretty slim... buying stuff from the trade market also depends on drops

So ideally just test it by putting it into the trial and it should tell you if it actually gives you ascendancy points but normally its level 65+ for your third set.
