How does stormemweaver ascendacy stack? You get arcane surge for 10% cast speed and 20% more mana regen. Then there's another ascendacy for 1% more of both per 15 mana.

And there's no conversion going on in this skill in particular. So what about this skill makes it "physical" if all elemental damage is also contributing towards it? Is it physical because the output of the rounds is still physical? (but then the elemental damage is essentially converted, no?)

If you have a wand and shield they will both give you stats. But quarterstaff is two-handed so I can't use a shield with it. You can put your wand and shield to 2nd gear and switch to it in battle if u need them. But equipping a 2nd gear set (wand and shield) while using your quarterstaff at 1st gear set don't stack their stats, only the ones that you are currently using.

There is an advance way to get power charges without relying on killing palm, but it is an advance build. I can teach u if u want especially if u want to take charge staff which is cool

It's hard at first, monks and melee heroes needs gear to be good. If ur having a hard time at some point of the game, it means ur gear are not keeping up. Try checking the shops more often for better gear and buy them.
