No, there are meta gems like "cast when you ignite" and things like that. Stick with a couple skills early and focus on them. If you're using minions many of them don't need any hand-holding anyway.

You'd have to be more specific. Are you upgrading your gear with currency, are you using support gems on your skills, are you dodging between attacks?

There can be a large difference in FPS for GPUs of same model as the amount of VRAM can differ. Looks like PoE2 requires about 4GBs on average.

Your GPU has it's own incredibly fast memory similar too RAM, and that's called VRAM.

Looking at that graph VRAM seem nearly capped

which would mean the game has to swap out things kept in memory, degrading performance.

well despite my eyes bleeding from the photo glare, this %phys should already be applied on the top there (it affects the weapon locally if its like poe1). So it has a bit less phys.
And if you aren't using elemental attacks then that ele% line doesn't matter.

The blue crossbow has marginally higher flat phys AND some flat lightning which is usually quite nice early on in poe cause you get a lot of % from tree early on.

So it might be performing better because it has higher flat.
Also it has higher flat phys due to being a newer base item. As you progress, new item bases will drop with higher base stats.

You still get the same amount, but they change when you switch, so there's some advantage if you go for two sets of weapons, (like 2 handed and sword and shield for example)
