Could you make a more expensive verison of ranks with no monthly payment, for example instead of 10 a month, 50 once

Isn't this kind off unfair for the new players who join the Server and plan on buying a rank?
They will have to pay multiple times just to have it... but the ones who were there before can still stay with their ones and they don't need to pay for it?
I like the idea of at least another option. Maybe a more expensive version or like they said that it will stay permanent after an amount of time....
