i think QA is a paid position or wtv so its an actual job you need to apply for (idk the process for that)

for mod, you first need to apply for helper on the forums (check #🩷︱helper・team for the requirements and stuff)

Do note that helper applications for Java are currently closed, so you would currently only be able to apply to become a Helper on our Bedrock network
