Dear cubecraft devs:

Hello, I'm been a cubecraft player for likely 4 ~ 5 years, and these are the problem I want to tell which they never fixed it

Well, I know, cubecraft is being unfair at pushing Asia players to eu region, but at least can cubecraft decrease the chance of pushing Asia players to eu or na region? Like everytime when I try to play normally I always see this f s:

You have been placed to a random region, although your game might not be smooth
But this will help gamematching faster

This thing is why cubecraft is not as smooth as other players

Secondly, unstable region, always, crashing, an error occurred, random quitting, at least can you fix these problems, it is been a long time problem which they never fixed it

Thirdly and the last one, and the most recent one. Skywars. For now, if you try to join skywars teams of 2 , you might always been pushed to eu region (solo sometimes), for me yes, I always got pushed to eu or na region when I play skywars

I wish if these problems can be fixed, this server will be the best and the fastest smooth minecraft server, i wish the devs can see it..

I get redirected to eu or na all the time so I’m forced to adapt to the high ping

I think I have only played in Asia server for 5 games in the last 6 months

what region you get put in greatly depends on how many other players are playing from a region

asia is the smallest region so you naturally have the least chance of playing in asia games

#

time of day also affects it so like rn its more likely for me to get put in asia games

We currently have an issue with a broken undersea cable in asia

this is something our host needs to fix

all we can do is trying to reroute players, but you cant expect a connection as good as before

Even before the cable was broken I still never get to play in Asia servers

make a setting to disable region transfer for those who want to play in only one region

why does broken undersea cable only affect cubecraft. i dont get high ping on other servers when the undersea cable break
