I'm the main dev behind the update, and have spent the last couple of hours reading through what you all think both here and on the forums. We combine ideas from the whole community with our team's creative vision. It's never just one person deciding on how an update should look; your input and our team's efforts shape everything we do. for me, I don’t like the idea of getting rid of 5v5, that’s the original game and personally, the most fun out of the three. I’m not a fan of giga because every game there’s like 6 of them camping their base in full diamond and that’s not fun, duels I have tried to enjoy but for some reason it just becomes boring after a while. 5v5, I have way too many memories attached to it I don’t wanna just leave behind and get replaced. 10v10 is fine, but not when it’s replacing the original version of the game that had come first, I agree it should be giga, or maybe make giga 20v20. Can you give me a quick rundown of why, I don’t want to read the almost 4K messages 😭. The maps appear to be heavily changed to accommodate the larger players. Is it bcs a party is usually 5 peeps? (This is just to satisfy my own curiosity)

5 players just works good in general and the only thing people have ever asked for is smaller games such as 4v4 or 2v2. 10v10 ruins the grinding experience because firstly, people won’t have 10 party slots or even 10 friends online at once and it’ll take even longer. scrimming will also be harder because it’s usually 4v4 but the games now being 10v10 will make it impossible. the maps are also full of diamond blocks with very little void meaning it’ll be very unbalanced as players can just get full diamond at the start and won’t be killed by an average player. people brought up many other points but in general it’ll just ruin the playing experience. blockwars does need more updates but it doesn’t need the to be 10v10
