i dont really agree with this, its still possible to make access to limited pieces of code, given this, its quite possible to figure out how code works and fix the bug

ive already had experience working this way

it took two weeks to figure out what was going on, but then you're pretty good at navigating and fixing bugs, despite the fact that you were provided with only a small part of entire codebase

and the problem of programmer incompetence is not so critical in principle, of course, what programmer offers as solution should always go through all the testing stages first, which is most likely even automated

Not really, poland as a country isnt very progressive. If someone wants to not use "he" or "she" pronouns they either have to use "they" which sound stupid as it should be used only for a group of ppl and it forces other plural forms later in the sentence.
