I made a schematic of the build first, hopped into mineways and exported the schematic to a .obj file for rendering. I imported the files to blender and made a render of the build, I enhanced the coloring and edited the environment using photoshop :D

from what im seeing, you’re going for a nether type look, so i’d say have the whole island be made of netherack, but of course dig in tiny veins of nether quartz ore and gold ore, setting some of the areas on fire, and finding some place for a little lava pool/lava fall, and instead of having nether brick support beams under the egg, it should just be on a little nether brick tower, sort of like the structure where a blaze spawner would be.

The loop was way too slow, and it was at a steady pace, which looks strange. I’d go quick, slow down near the top, speed up and go forwards with momentum otherwise it’ll look strange and robotic
Also the stick figure looked like a plank of wood, when a character is moving the last part that should move should be the farthest from the thing that’s doing the moving. So I’d try and animate the legs moving with the hoverboard thing, then the chest and head, and the arms follow last.
Not sure what software you’re using so idk if it lets you do that, but if it does, I would recommend.
Main thing is easing.
