@wooden meteor might help. Used this for a short modelling masterclass. Pretty straight forward, but some people forget about it. When you start making on model, certainly with organics, it's good to have a reference and divide it int rectangles. This is a side few, but you can do it with front and top view as well.

Hey, I have a suggestion, you could put some leaves on the green floor to make a maze! The maze walls are 3 blocks high made of leaves
