That's fair enough yeah, maybe future pit skins could get a bit more detail modelled in. But because the collision of a pit skin is also perfectly square, its hard to add much detail without creating a big mismatch of visual shape vs collision, if that makes sense.

Guys, I need more help (same issue). So I've checked through the entire ui folder of my default pack and found that there's an image called "item_cell". I figured this was the most likely to be the correct image, but when I edited it and used it in my pack then the inventory slots had not changed. This is what the image from the default pack looks like - as you can see, it's identical to an inventory slot. I tried analysing other community packs which I know have edited the inventory slots, but I cannot find the actual image anywhere there either. If you know what the correct image to edit is, please let me know!
