on kbm the best thing i could suggest is to just practice aim and maintaining good movement (strafing, keeping distance from opponents during combos, and general parkour-ish movement)

i dont have much experience on touch but ive found its super easy to use max FOV and have split controls disabled so u can have basically aimbot

by keeping distance i mean if youre in the middle of a combo, then you want to have at least 2 blocks in between you so that they cant hit back and you can keep them in a combo longer :)

so when youre holding W to run forward, it can help as your going into a fight to run to the side a bit by holding A or D as well as W so that you go diagonally and make them turn their head a bit, a lot of people will just run forward and swing forward then miss a lot of hits when they actually have to aim

maybe try to play some duels against players that are as good as you or a little bit better than you to improve, thats what i mainly did to get better :)
