No it's not like that, it's the game itself using different engines for their bedrock and Java versions.. For example, Bedrock Edition uses the RenderDragon engine, which sometimes introduces uneven frame pacing or microstutters, even at high fps rate.

However, I'd suggest you to turn off V-Sync from your settings and lower the **'Fancy Graphics' ** and '**Render Distance' **.
Also use a high refresh rate monitor because this is very important specially for the bedrock version..

1. I get that you have a different view, but the version differences do affect the feel of the game, especially in terms of input responsiveness and aiming. That’s why I’m saying it feels different for me.
2. I’ve played on Cubecraft Duels Overpowered on 1.16.100.5+ (1.21), and I know my level of PvP (probably LT3). A bad player won’t notice such a small differences, but a more experienced player like me can feel them more more clearly. I’ve still been able to speed bridge even on 1.13+, it’s just not as responsive for me as the older versions of java.
