What qualifies to you as "sweat" is very narrow, think about 1 player solo against 1 or more teams of 4 or more.

A good player is good for the playerbase, a skilled player is one that wins alot, winning may be the objective of the game but that gets repetitive.
Good players prefer to enjoy the game than take it black-out seriously, they devise ideas on how to make the game more fun instead of lobbying to undermine the fun of the game for winning's sake.
Grinders need to be saltier, we need more ways to play the game and troll each other, blame the grinders for being toxic losers instead of the solo players they refused to adapt against but instead chose to undermine.
Once they start undermining their opponents their opponents retaliate by undermining the playerbase, if their way of playing is incorrect just because of someones skill issue then why bother entertaining them, find a new server.
