Well this update was only made because I was waiting to be assigned my next project and didn't want to do nothing. So I thought up a few quick perk ideas and did them in like 2 weeks. It was a spur of the moment, wasn't planned by anyone.

The gap glitch wasn't known at the time, it's only really become an issue recently, and I'm not struck on the idea of adding in leather again, though I do agree the armour prices need changing. As I've said before this was supposed to be a good middle ground between Season 1 and Season 2. Majority of players like it, and only really have a few minor issues here and there.

It's not lost, you just have a new factor in the game meta now. Yes this means old, go-to dominant strategies won't work all the time now.

You find yourself within a chamber above an island, it's a great stone hill with a cave opening torwards another island, you see another three islands with stone hills in the distance very similar to this one. You and three other players fall to the ground and rush torwards the generators, one player collects materials and begins fortifying within the cave, creating corridors and chambers with pits and tight squeezes, outside by the entrance a store is built for spare equipment. A player goes and returns from the center bringing resources to max out all the generators on your island, 1 diamond, 2 gold, 4 iron, as you all gear up with bows and projectiles 2 teams are fast approaching on bridges growing with their every step.

You fire a formidable volley of projectiles that hinders them and knocks a few down into the void, but it's not enough and some of them land on your island, they dash torwards the cave which has now been reinforced with ancient debris and deepslate, one of your teammates seals it from the inside outward requiring these intruders to dig through this thick defense. As soon as the rest touch down you all pool together to stop them from digging through, the cave devolves into a pit of fists, swords, and explosions, the advance of your opponents is slow and laborious constantly being assaulted by you and your teammates, unfortunately for you your teammates are overcome, you and two opponents remain.

Determining that your teammates are now more of a burden than of assistance and that the enemy has gotten too deep you flee, abandoning your teammates to go on a one man mission against your opponents, you infiltrate their islands while they're away to steal their emeralds for yourself, you take emeralds from everywhere you can to max out your priveleges with the dealer. With this you can afford silly quantities of equipment and materials, your enemies will have to scavenge emeralds from the central island if they want to raise their priveleges, you make yourself immune from the void with wings and leapers, you fill up a mobile store with explosives and more gear, you prepare to infiltrate into your opponents caves.

Because it's you against four you must divide their force, as soon as you lure them out you crash onto their island immediately spamming explosives, you continue until at least three have died before deploying the super pickaxe. After digging half way through their defense the fourth rushes at you and seals you both in, you can't easily spam tnt and they learned to limit how much you can place, this fight will be determined by how much damage you can deal with the sword. If you attempt to pull out then you may not have another opportunity to reach their egg but you aren't sure if you brough enough gapples and armor, you have to figure out how to utilize the rest of your tnt before your gear breaks.

Yeh it's a rounding issue. The prices can only ever be whole numbers, so the discounts are applied to the cost, and then any remainder is ignored.
So for things like Gapples, which cost 2, it goes;
2 x 0.9 = 1.8
Floor(1.8) = 1

But for the batches of 8 it goes;
16 x 0.9 = 14.4
Floor(14.4) = 14

You always want the discount to do something to the price, so that's why it always rounds down. The trade off for the cheaper single apples is that you have to click 8 times more.

Erosion enchant has its uses. It effectively halves the durability of an enemy's armour, breaking it twice as fast. It's pretty powerful if you get it on a good sword and get it early. Eats through iron armour.

You can buy no regen to kill someone pretty easily late game if your team has more players. Save up some ems, do a 1v1 and one person stands close to the shop. When the enemy is low, just keep buying it. They'll just die eventually
