Honestly as someone who isn't really a rusher or a camper, i kind of play the style that seems right for the game. The main annoying thing is the slowness of the generators and the emerald enchanting system. Just let us buy enchanted items. It's too hard for more than one team to even get enough emeralds to get any meaningful enchantments. Efficiency 1 on a pickaxe doesn't really do much for it, especially when we used to have 8 or even 12 if you saved enough emeralds from middle. The gens are so slowwwww. Especially if right away at the beginning you have teammates that sit on them with you. It just takes too long to get anything and get into playing the game.

Ok so then compare the prices of items from back then. I have only played since around the middle of 2021 if I remember right. The main issue with the gens being half the speed or even 1/3, and then just for example, blocks now cost 1/3 more. It used to be 21 for a stack, now its 32 for a stack. So the game feels 3-4 times longer just to get started playing. I'm not sure what would be a good balance, maybe just start with more already started gens, reduce prices a bit, or even the new prices wouldn't be so bad if the gens were sped back up.

2018-mid 2022 you needed game sense and pvp skills to rush because you were fighting people with only a slight loot advantage if any, while in mid 2022-mid 2023 you only needed game sense because you would out loot players by a lot. now it should be back to requiring both game sense and pvp skills to early rush.

I get the idea of balancing out rushers and could care less about the speed run world records or whatever. 1 minute squads games, even on the winning team, just doest appeal to me. No offense WorriedSkate940. But, just even starting the game and getting anything going just takes too long in my opinion. I can rush if needed and here is my two cents. It's still the same. If the other team hasn't bought armor or blocks yet, it's an easy team wipe generally. Or even if one of them has its still pretty easy. I'm not any kind of pvp god or anything. I play on my phone with a controller. If someone is on pc I pretty much have no shot if they are decent. But if the other team I'm rushing has bought stuff, I die pretty quickly. All of this is the same as before the update. So in my opinion, rushing is the same. It just takes longer.

Just give the update a little time. I think I said this before, but the same thing happened with the dreaded emerald update. Update released, most hated it, about a month later it was fine. The only difference this time being instead of speeding up the game, they're reverting the speed back to normal.

I've played a few games after the new update and it isn't as bad as i previously portrayed it to be. There are still two massive issues I have however. The shop is way too expensive and the knockback is outrageous.

Other than those two things, the new items are decent.

2: CubeCraft has a region system, so there’s a chance you might be moved to a different region (check the server ID on the scoreboard: g means EU, n means NA, a means Asia). Higher ping slows down shopping
3: Favorite items exist too, but setting it up takes time, so it’s best to get it done after you eliminate teams near you, though they are different based on modifiers (UHC/Normal/OP)
