If that's the case then that bug is a protocol issue, and we have our protocol devs working on a fix for it.
The Parkour and EggWars bugs were gameplay bugs, actually a part of the custom game mechanics we've coded for those specific games, so Austin and I, who are gameplay programmers, have been working to fix those while the protocol team fix the protocol bugs.

Complaining about one team not helping fix issues in a different area is like complaining about an Electrician not helping Doctors with a surgery.

Maybe you're just saying things for the sake of saying something. What do you mean by "Team overhaul"? Do you actually have a plan in mind, something which can actually be done? Or does your opinion not actually have any substance if you think about it for more than a few seconds?

Austin and I know how to program mechanics and gameplay for the games, that's where our knowledge lies.
Ethan and Tessa are content developers, they know how to create effects, cosmetics, and bundle things, that's their primary area of knowledge.
Alemiz, SupremeMortal, and Redned are the protocol developers, they make sure that minecraft is behaving how minecraft should, even when the rest of us devs are getting it to do things it normally wouldn't do. That's their knowledge.
And Rubik does a lot of all of these areas.

Getting any of us to swap around wouldn't help in any way, because we'd all have to spend time learning the systems we're not familiar with, and probably end up being worse at it than the original people. This is why you have job roles and specialities in every job out there.

Please let me know what these "purposely ignored" issues are. I can guarantee you that we'll have fixed them in the 1.19 update and are not ignoring them or denying them.

Eight, is that all? If I'm reading this correctly, that's eight people keeping this together for, how many players? Now I'm starting to understand why all these pushes for big things and updates have been pushed back for how long, almost half a year at this point? Your anticheat isn't catching blatant flyhackers and players using infinite aura. That infinite aura was previously patched a little over a year ago. People are getting kicked for using certain cages, some people are untouchable after glitching back into these cages in arenas and skywars. You can get people kicked with a simple waterbucket trick in skywars. Controller players have lower reg than they would in other servers, hive and lifeboat for example. People reaching are currently able to completely dodge any sort of punishment because the server runs on spaghetti code and even when clientside is running smoothly, the whole server can be laggy to the point that people look like theyre 7 blocking, therefore most reach reports are closed in my and others experience with going to forums about it. Don't get me started on the invis that hasn't been patched in well over a business week while other servers have already fixed it, even the ones running geyser have softfixes by now. You need more staff or new systems put in place. Everyone knows SR rarely works at all and most people think it was just put in to get people to stop talking about it. Do you need us to test this manually and crack code ourselves or would you like to suggest more staff in both the coding side of things and moderation? I'd imagine there is more staff than what you'd listed here, but a few bad apples rots the basket and so far I know of four seperate moderators that have removed cheaters bans for payment and/or because of personal bias. God knows how many of these cases I haven't seen personally through screenshots or the pvp communities I'm in, I'd imagine it's far more than the four I know of personally.

Yeh, we do completely understand. This isn't corporate talk, but we're also wanting that. A lot of our team play our games regularly and notice the issues and we talk, so we know when things aren't great.

But the problem is, right now, unless we get the 1.19 update out on bedrock asap, we won't be making money, we'll be losing players, games are getting stale because they're not getting updates.
This is why 1.19 is the highest priority now. We can't do game updates or anticheat or anything until it's out.

Again, you've outline the issue with your first couple of sentences. You just said you don't know anything about it, but you're making bold assumptions and expecting things to be easy. If I sat you down at the controls of a submarine, would you know how to control it? Would you assume it's easy? How about if you were at the control desk for a rocket launch. Would you know which buttons to push, and when? Would you assume it's easy?

This update is literally an entire rewrite of the whole cubecraft codebase. Every game and every system has been completely rewritten over the last few months. That's easily 1 million lines of code which have to be understood, rewritten into the new system, and then checked and tested again and again.
We have 3 working on the protocol code, translating some +500,000 lines of code between them for getting the 1.19 minecraft working as intended. Then there's 2 devs working on the games full time (Austin and I), tackling the other 500,000 lines of code. Tessa and Ethan aren't game devs, it's not their areas of expertise, they're not 100% comfortable with it, but they've also been working extremely hard trying to get the games rewritten. And then Rubik has been handling multiple of these areas at the same time.
So yes, it is difficult to push it out quickly.
I don't understand your bug comment. We never expected the invisibility bug to arise when the 1.20 client was released. Mojang changed something about how players' information gets sent around and in that they've caused an incompatibility with our code, which means that it sometimes doesn't render the player. We can't reliably recreate it, so therefor we can't find the cause, so we're having to tackle it the hard way.

You can definitely hit players off with netherite armour. Also worth buying punch if needed. If you haven’t tried already, buy a strength pot. They’re very good, same goes for fireballs

If you have a rank, you could also just vote normal and there won’t be netherite armour
