That and higher levels and active players make the meta and new strats. The top players will usually be more important, no offense to the nons that hop on once a month. It's also these players that are the youtubers and influencers bringing more people here.
If a competitor were to come along it would be a pretty good time for them while new bad updates are getting pushed out.
I see where you're coming from but not listening to your playerbase will get any company or group shut down after too long.
TL;DR not listening to your best players will kill your server if you do it enough.

I definetly would recommend rushing much. That's how you get fast games and lots of wins. And for that you need to be good so honestly I would say fast games could be the definition of having skills

I mean you can rush everyone but it's not neccessarilly even a good move, rushing your neigbours is a good move, but I'd atleast get iron armor before rushing further

if you’re good you don’t need iron armour, 90% of eggwars players can be easily knocked off the edge no matter how good their loot is. just learn how to do a basic combo and make sure you have

I know how to pvp, the issue is that 90% in a game with tons of players results in there likelly being a person in the 10%, and if they got iron while you were rushing that wont end well
