It does, unfortunately I'm an idiot. Was taking down my old xp grinder. decided to remove wither skeleton spawners from the bottom lol, inv was full and the washed into the void, lost 7-10 of them.

Magma cream does count from hoppers. On bedrock mine glitched, just take it out, put it back in and it keeps counting.

Not from hoppers into a chest tho, just leave it in hoppers untill you have a fair few, remove and put back in.
