Basically just make a tall and long box, and put the spawners inside the walls with opened fence gates in the middle

They spawn on top of the fence gates because it’s technically a block but they fall through because it’s opened

Or you can do a fully open one where the spawners are just floating in the sky, and place fence gates below the spawners with a big square of hoppers below
