Game breaking usually means it can ruin a game/feature. IE: diamond swords in skywars disappear, you lose more Skyblock coins than normal when you die, you can't break the egg in eggwars etc.

Small bugs are usually visual bugs or bugs that are very rare that need specific things to be done.
