Build a pig farm, drop them through lava, sell cooked porkchops, combine that with a decent sized carrot farm (or sugarcane if you have swamp) and use the crop boosters to have them grow super quick, I have a 64×13 carrot farm and its giving me around 1.5m per hour of doing on top of my pigs.

Yea, "/sb overworld" and "/sb nether" can bring you between those dimensions (provided you've unlocked the nether first of course) without having to go to the hub each time :)

You can shorten "overworld" down to just "ow" but I haven't tried shortening the nether one as its short enough anyways

If you need to kill a mob you have to get the finishing blow for them to count, hoppers count for gathering though, as for height, it depends on the mob and the level, I generally just drop them 64-100 blocks to save the guesswork
