well it only takes wood and nether quartz to get them and you unlock nether quartz on the first nether island, I'm assuming you have wood so...

To get boosts you need to craft a daylight sensor or as it is called in cubecraft the optimizer, to craft it it is 3 nether qurtz in a horizontal row above 3 planks in a horizontal row

sorry you also need 3 glass above the nether quartz, but you still get glass before you can unlock the nether

when you go to optimisers in the hub it says you haven't done the required quest yet
