If each spawn platform is 18 x 8 that’s 144 spawners but I need to have them two blocks in from the wall so nothing spawns outside the platforms so it’s really 14 x 6 so that’s only 84 spawners per platform and at 2 platforms per layer that’s 168 per layer and if each layer is only 3 blocks in higher (spawner, water and a layer of fence gates) to reach the amount of spawners needed would need 5 layers with 840 spawners which would come out to about 15 blocks

Fall distance to kill is like 15 extra blocks + the lava which I don’t remember how fast they need to be falling to kill them

Due to the tiny spawn area % thats listed here. 840 spawners wouldnt satisfy maxing put the mob cap, think of it as not a certain amount of spawners that max out a farm but rather a certain amount of spawnable blocks. By packing in your spawners that tightly, you lose so much spawn space efficiency that its unreal and itll probably perform as well as something with 200-300 spawners rather than the full 800

Hence why a wide spawn space fencegate farm is needed to max out a farm (among other things)

My farm design is as big as it is for a reason, that 24x24x54 fencegate area is all spawn space blocks. Thats over 30k spawnable blocks. Your plan only amounts to 420 spawnable blocks. This is nowhere near enough to satisfy the amount of spawners used
