Its about a fifth of the gates and should come very close to a quarter of the original farms Performance. Reduced to a minimal area so hoppers dont lag the server (honestly if it were for me screw it, build the whole hopper platform until lag gets so bad they have to take action)

it also happens that when you are moving sideways with speed 2 on soul sand that it happens to be the exact speed that you can place blocks at when just holding right click. makes it pretty un-annoying to farm

Just dont push its body into the cobble blocks and dont take ages attacking it, only thing that can destroy the cobble gens are its blue skulls and getting pushed into the gens

The cobble gens are just an arena boarder, not a "it's trapped"
It's to protect the rest of Ur island

build it so the drop is at least the height of the lowest level spawner. if you want, you can drop them onto campfires to finish them off, and so you can also hit them for xp if you want
