Because Cubecraft used to stack items differently than vanilla. On Cubecraft items alwqys stacked onto the NEWEST drop, meaning a drop just grabbed other drops and slipped right thru with them. Now however that cubecraft specific plugin is broken hence why we have vanilla dropmechanics, so once an item gets stuck on top, itll suck 63 of the same along with it and stay there forever
