the hearts thing is dependant on the spawner level, and ofc fortune wouldnt work on blocks you can just place back down...thats like the number one dupe glitch to patch out on any server

Yeah so on the jungle island you'll get to a side quest that is make 100,000 cookies- you get a named cookie and 2 million for completing it

It is brutal, but if you make a cocoa bean farm with water and a big wheat farm that you use fortune on (it doesn't use tool durability) it goes by a lot quicker

If it has direct access to light it will spread. if you have say a dirt layer under a platform you will need to sufficiently light up the area for the grass to grow (torches wont allow the block it is on to grow but surrounding will, lanterns should allow all the surrounding blocks to grow grass)

Forcing a chicken into one spot, and making an egg farm isn't a challenge.

But doing it for 25k and a golden apple is really not worth it. I make more money from the cocoa beans, each harvest, by a large margin.

I suppose it'll get to a point where I only have those annoying quests though, since they'll stop following quests if left incomplete?

and the server was still running people who was in versions above 1.12.2. all it takes is the hp value to be changed anyways, none of the "leader" mechanics is in it

I assume the code for spawning just increases the max hp by 1 per spawner level of the mob spawned, which is why a leader zombie would cause ridiculously high hp amounts which would explain the like 5 year old zombie hp bug

We use cracked bricks, mossy bricks, mossy cobble, cobble, as our floor and kinda randomly spread them out then make ruins out of them with vines and some collapsing roof, wall, etc. It’s useful cause you can still run in and out of the ruins open face for your stuff (chests, furnace, etc). Also we replaced all of our spawners with the same kind of design going up, looks pretty good.

All of our farms are surrounded by chiseled at our base layer though then surrounded by spruce on the way up cause it complements the stone designs

You can. Just sneak and hold jump+ place, then when u go down you stand on the very edge and have ur crosshair at the bottom outer edge of the fencegate then hold open, thats how you go down without wasting time

Make a small pumpkin farm and start gathering eggs from chickens and store them in a chest( DO NOT SELL YOUR EGGGS)

And make a mob farm and sell cooked meats and animal drops together with pumpkin and patato

Cacti farm is more worthwhile (you do not actually have to farm anything as it auto breaks with fences)

Just build it big enough with the hoppers you get from them desert quests

Then XP do a zombie farm

Then when you get watermelons they sell for a lot if you use a fortune 5 axe until you finish the quest then use a fortune 4 axe with silk touch
