you just use the usual fall damage calc and use the damage reduction calc due to armour. they're both available on the wiki (tho fall damage one is simple)

and the fall damage (on java) is only reduced via the protection 1 on the pieces (and sword!)

and bedrock actual armour bars does actually prevent fall damage to an extent

the main thing to keep note of is the level of mob from the spawner

the level range a mob can be from a spawner is:
(spawner level ± 8) * 1.5 (if tough)

each level tends to increase health by half a heart, so assume that unless proven otherwise

Actually soul campfires still dont damage them, soul campfires only do twice the damage than a regular fire. Thats the only difference

You can omit the splitting issue by splitting the outer wall into 3 separate chambers circling outwards
