I was getting caught in an endless loop where I would have items i was transferring between the ow and nether would get kicked as soon as I'm leave to go to ow... would come back after being kicked standing in overworld with all the items I had dumped into a chest

Go back to nether dump items again and get kicked again when returning to ow... was very annoying

In the end I was waiting ~5m for the world save before doing anything

ok go in skyblock menu and click "Profiles" choose the profile u are on and click add player
