You just gotta plant a lot of oak saplings, you should leave 2 blocks between each sapling to get more leaves.
And I'm pretty sure you can also use fortune but I don't think you need it, you can get apples easily if you plant enough saplings.

for a wheat farm id just do the standard 9x9 field with 1 water in the middle and then place them side by side
for a cocoa farm if you make a 7 high wall and then at the top, push it back a block and make another 7 high wall, you can put water at the top and itll break it for you
