If you have beacons unlocked jump boost makes life way easier... pillaring up should be the easiest way if you put 1 full layer of gates down and then go 55 gates straight up

Then you open them once you have completed the full row by going top down (crouch and open gates below you) making sure you leave the top gate open and the gates below all the spawners in case you are swapping from pigs to creepers
